Perhaps the most important element of the guests stay is a clean and friendly home. This largely determines the quality of their stay, and their likelihood to return to your home and encourage friends to do the same. With the most professional and reliable cleaners in the area, you can rest assured your home and guests are treated with that extra level of service you are looking for! Although vacation rental cleaning is our primary cleaning service, we clean commercial properties, permanent residential homes, and ‘one time’ cleans. For each clean we provide:
- Our own linens if requested – towels are nicely folded as “presents”
- High quality toilet paper and paper towels – no more ‘one ply’
- Liquid soap at all sinks, dish soap, and laundry detergent
- Shampoo and conditioner kits in all baths/showers
- Starter pack of coffee/filters
Every Lake Tahoe vacation rental clean includes:
- All surfaces in the bathroom including shower, mirrors, floors, toilet and cabinets
- All floors throughout property with appropriate cleaners/agents
- All appliances including oven, microwave, refrigerator, and stove
- All surfaces throughout the home
Additional housekeeping amenities:
- Use eco-friendly general purpose cleaners
- Steam clean carpet as necessary and bill guests deposit accordingly to upkeep carpet
- Remove all cobwebs inside home and on front porch
- Remove and dispose of all trash from premises, including trash on outside of property
- Pick up cigarette butts on exterior walkways
