Our ultimate goal is to give you peace of mind your home is being looked after professionally, and you have a resource to help you resolve problems promptly and cost effectively.

We offer the most affordable management solutions without comprising the highest level of service. Whether you desire the convenience and benefits of one company handling all your cleaning, hot tub maintenance, on call services, and general management or would like to employ services individually, our flexibility enables us to accommodate all homeowners based on specific needs and renting situation.

Below are some of the services we offer. You can employ full service management, or services à la carte to meet your specific needs:

General Management Service Summary

Our general management service is the centerpiece of Vacation Rental Assistance. With several years of experience in the industry of home care, maintenance, and problem solving, we are able to effectively look after your home with important principles of cost, quality, and professionalism in mind.

For each booking we will include the following:

  • Always be available to promptly resolve problems as they arise.  This avoids you having to reimburse guests, employ costly repairs, and leave your renters unhappy.
  • Turn walkway and entry lights on to pleasantly/safely accommodate guests.
  • Adjust all thermostats in accordance with guest arrivals and departures to treat them to a comfortable home, as well as save you money on utility bills and prevent frozen and ruptured plumbing pipes.
  • Evaluate any damages to the home and recommend security deposit release or withholding.
  • Offer cleaning and hot tub services to provide a full service management.  For either method of management we will ensure that cleaning, hot tub, and other service providers have adequately prepared your home for the next booking.
  • Frequently change the lock box code to prevent unauthorized access to your property.  (We can also install these per request)

For the guests we:

  • Will always be on-call in the event they need a contact to resolve various issues and get questions answered.  This prevents you from receiving phone calls and ensures guests enjoy their stay, problem and stress-free.
  • Offer general concierge services such as grocery shopping, rental and event arrangements to make guests’ stay more pleasurable and convenient.

For the homeowner we:

  • Are on-call at your convenience should you have any questions, concerns, or requests.
  • Act as a local resource to help in any manner possible preventing you from having to come to the property yourself.
  • Communicate with maintenance services and any listing agents as a resource to resolve issues.
  • Offer basic lawn care services to uphold the presentation of your home.

The Cost:
Our general management service is available to you starting at $50 per booking plus applicable charges for services that maybe requested or needed by you or the guests.  Additional fees are charged for cleaning and hot tub services.  Guests generally pay these fees.  See specific maintenance services here.
