- Acceptance of Terms & Modifications
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and CFry Enterprises, LLC dba
Vacation Rental Assistance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using and accessing the
website located at https://www.vacationrentalassistance.com (the “website”), you agree to these
website Terms & Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS &
CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND/OR BOOK ANY SERVICES
WITH COMPANY. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the last revision occurred.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting
revised terms on the website and updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your
continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

features, you may be required to create an account or use login credentials. By creating an

others, including our personnel, vendors, property owners, guests, or other website users.
● Violating any applicable local, state, or federal law; infringing any intellectual property,
privacy, publicity, or other rights; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website

website component; or using the website to send spam or other unsolicited

4. Bookings and Separate Rental Agreements
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website. They are not, by
themselves, a property rental agreement, property listing agreement, or guarantee that any
property, rate, date, amenity, or service is available. If you make or request a booking, the
booking may be subject to a separate property rental agreement, guest agreement, house rules,
payment terms, cancellation terms, security deposit terms, occupancy limits, and other booking-
specific requirements that will be made available and agreed upon separate from these Terms &
Conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms & Conditions and any separately
applicable booking-specific agreement shall be read together and construed as consistent and
complementary whenever reasonably possible; and in the event of a conflict between these
website Terms & Conditions and a fully executed booking-specific agreement, the booking-
specific agreement controls.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on this site, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, floor plans, logos, icons,
software, layout, design, and other materials, is owned by Company or its licensors and is
protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to
your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-
exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial
purposes. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Company and its licensors.
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display,
create derivative works from, frame, mirror, or exploit any website content without our prior
written consent, except as permitted by law. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and

exclude Company’s liability to the extent such liability may not be limited or excluded under
applicable law, including liability arising from Company’s own fraud, willful injury, or violation of
law. For the avoidance of doubt, this carveout applies solely to Company and does not apply to any
act, omission, claim, or liability of any third party.
7. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors,
employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and
against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, demands, causes of action, suits,
obligations, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or
related to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of the website, your
submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information, your violation of law or third-party rights,
your user content or communications, or your violation of any separately applicable booking-
specific agreement.

by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any
mandatory law or any express, conflicting dispute-resolution or arbitration provision in a fully
executed booking-specific agreement, you agree that the state and federal courts located in or
serving El Dorado County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any
dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the website, and you
waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
